Like Anime Lover. I'm also Japan Drama Lover. This time I will share my Japan drama collection list. In this list are my favorite Japan detective drama that I watch it So many times until I cannot count it.
Biblia Koshodou no Jiken Techou or Antiquarian Bookshop Biblia's Case File is story about an Antique book shop that running by woman Shioriko Shinokawa. The Main protagonist is a man that ends up work at this antique book shop because a case solve by proprietor of this antique book shop. All the case on this drama are connected to antique book. This drama have unique theme with unique style of graphic. Every episode of this drama series, they will focused on one book. This book history and story will be explain in credit. If you like book and want to know something more about book, This is a perfect drama series that you need to watch.
Kagi No Hakatta Heya or The Locked Room Murder is story about murder happen in locked room or locked room situation. Locked room situation is situation that make a murder scene are same as locked room. Story focused on man work in Security Company that was forced to solve case by attorney. This drama series focused on Various Locked room murder with key or without key. This drama acted by famous actor Satoshi Ono and actress Toda Erika.
Keizoku or Unsolved Case is story about Unsolved Investigation Police Department where all the Unsolved Case are. Spec is term to call special ability and Spec holder is person who can use that ability. All story focused on this Supernatural Ability so watching it quite interesting. Where everything you watch is doesn't make sense at all. If you interest to know how they solved it without ability then you must to watch this series. I recommend to watch the second series because I don't really like the first series. Two series aren't connected so is not a problem to watch only second series. This second series have five movies until the story come to an end.
Watashi no Kirai na Tantei or The detective that I don't like is story about private detective that really hate solving murder case because no value in money. Being forced to solve the murder case by his landlord who really like murder case. This drama series play by Ayame Gouriki same as the one that play Biblia Koshodou no Jiken Techou. The interesting about this drama is, There are not explain or reason why murderer kill. This drama only focused on trick and how to solved it. When murderer want to explain the reason, The drama will end.
Galileo is story about Supernatural case that cannot be solved by the police. So the police ask to University Professor to solved the Supernatural phenomenon. This professor is eccentric person that only interest in physics. So He solved all the supernatural phenomenon using physics. The main protagonist act by famous actor Masaharu Fukuyama. This drama release in two series with two movies. For me, The first series have various physics theory in use to solve the crime so more interesting to watch than the second series. The second series only focused on one physics theory that apply on various method. If you have interest in physics, this drama are recommend to you.
if you know this quote "there are no more dangerous than a person that using intelligent to do crime". This series is the one that fit the quote.
Trick is story of professor that doesn't believe in supernatural and spiritualist. He challenge all spiritualist to prove him wrong. The one that can prove him wrong is a cheap magician who always late paying rent. By the helping hand of this magician, this professor solve various supernatural case made by fake spiritualist. All trick on this series are solve by magic trick. Trick play by famous actor/actress Yukie Nakama, Abe Hiroshsi, and Katsuhisa Namase . Trick already release in three series and seven movies. Start air on 2001 and end on 2014. If you compare the first series and the last movie quality are have big gap. There is prequel of this series by the title Detective Yabe Kenzo. Story about stupid detective in trick series that solve the crime by using only his luck. The detective yabe kenzo already release in two series.
Otenki Oneesan or The Weather Girl Knows (English Title) is a story about genius weather girl.The emotionless girl who wear black cape and ride a bicycle She help police to solve cases that involve in weather. The story and cases all about the weather phenomenon. So if you want to know how can weather kill somebody just watch this movie. Natural weather phenomenon in this series are interesting to watch. This series acted by upcoming actress name Emi Takei.
Subete ga F ni Naru or The Perfect Insider (English Title) is a story around genius name Magata shiki. This girl is a genius girl who killed his parents so she locked up in a laboratory facilities so he can do anything but research. The Main male protagonist is a professor who interest in Magata shiki and Main female protagonist is his student. This is one of my top recommend list where the trick and story is great. They make everything a little bit scary and real so the special effect well made. Each story solve in two episodes of series so only five stories in total.
Higashino Keigo Mystery is eleven stories and each story have a different main protagonist. All the stories played by famous actor or actress. The Same actor for each episode is the opening of each story. This is a mystery series where the story are unpredictable so interesting to watch. This series have a good story line and good mystery.
